October 7, 2008-Barack Obama: "We will kill bin Laden. We will crush al-Qaeda. That has to be our biggest national security priority."
As he campaigned, Obamessiah pandered to the wishes of the public.
January 14, 2009-Barack Obama: "My preference obviously would be to capture or kill him. But if we have so tightened the noose that he's in a cave somewhere and can't even communicate with his operatives then we will meet our goal of protecting America."
This was said the same day bin Laden released at tape saying taunting Obama.
I think I'll call this Backpedal #1.

I was talking to my nephew the other day. We both were saying that we wanted to eat real Japanese food again. I was an exchange student in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1984-1985, and he was stationed in Iwakuni, near Hiroshima, in 2002. We both wanted good yakisoba. We don't want Benihana or sushi or anything upscale, but everyday Japanese food. I want yakisoba. I want donburi. I really want Nagasaki champon. I want to eat food that my homestay mom prepared for me in Sasebo over Christmas holidays. (She went way out of her way to make sure I had American breakfast, which I thought was nice.)
Anyone know of a homestyle Japanese restaurant in San Antonio?
