A convicted Romanian murderer is suing God for breach of contract. He says that his Baptism was a contract with God to keep him out of trouble, however, he still killed someone. The court will likely dismiss the suit, since they can't figure out how to serve God with a subpoena.

Maybe they should subpoena Pat Robertson, since he claims to speak for God.

Praise Jebus pass the Tort Reform!

The guy is creative, if nothing else.

But, even if God could be served a subpoena, God makes no such promises in Baptism. God's commitment to us in the Sacrament doesn't eradicate our capacity to say, "No" to His will.

This is really funny. I hadn't read this item anywhere else.
